The School of Materials Science and
Engineering was established in the year 2001 with an aim to conduct interdisciplinary
research for the meritorious undergraduates and researchers working in different fields. The
School offers M. Tech courses and most of the pass outs further engage their research careers
in DST, CSIR Labs, IITs and Universities in the abroad. Besides Master course the school
also conducts quality research work in various fields of Material Science and engineering through the PhD courses also.
